A team of 20 trainers, who will be responsible for providing Msonkho Online access and operational skills to staff in stations, has been inducted. The ceremony took place at Msonkho House in Blantyre on Friday 22 November, 2019.
Addressing the trainers, Commissioner Domestic Taxes Mrs Nellie Jimu encouraged the trainers to always be patient and mindful as they assume their roles.
“It is awesome that finally you have acquired these new skills as MRA progresses with the implementation of Msonkho Online. The system is new and you have a major role to ensure that members of staff are able to efficiently use the system.
“Naturally some people grasp new things faster and others take time, therefore, I urge you to bear with us and be patient as you will now be receiving both relevant and irrelevant questions,” she said
