The Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) is informing taxpayers and the business community that its online systems and services will be interrupted on Friday and Saturday evening, 7th and 8th December 2018, respectively.
The online systems and services to be affected include ASYCUDA World, ePayments, emails and website. The interruption will be from 8pm to 12 mid-night on Friday and from 6pm on Saturday to 6am on Sunday. The services will be restored by Sunday, 9th December, 2018.
During this time, the Authority will be upgrading its systems and this would allow MRA to provide excellent ICT services to taxpayers for their online transactions.
MRA would therefore like to appeal to taxpayers and the business community to take note of the interruptions and plan accordingly.
The Authority regrets any inconveniences caused due to the interruption of the online systems and services.
