Alick has been a
dedicated member of the Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) since September 2000. In
2021, he was appointed as Acting Director of Internal Audit, a role that
underscores his deep expertise and leadership within the organization. His
career trajectory at MRA is marked by significant contributions across various
Revenue and Finance divisions, where he steadily advanced from a Revenue
Assistant to an Internal Audit Manager before assuming his current position. In
addition to his role at MRA, Alick has also served as Director of the Institute
of Internal Auditors Malawi, further solidifying his standing as a leader in
the field.
Alick holds a
Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Accountancy. He is a
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (FCCA), and a Chartered Accountant (Malawi Professional),
credentials that reflect his strong academic background and professional
competence.
